The swarmBOX is only used for the most cost-effective integration if there is no telecontrol technology (park controller) on site that can be used to communicate via the network. This applies in particular to older systems, e.g. post-EEG wind power systems.

The direct marketer requires an IT service provider who can be contacted 24/7 and who can identify and rectify the problem, e.g. in the event of connection interruptions or failure to reconnect an energy system after curtailment. We take on this function!

Our system enables connection to a large number of direct marketers. On the one hand, we are a pre-qualified service provider at EMSYS, and on the other hand, we also handle the connection to the virtual power plant of the direct marketer energy cubes GmbH.
